After 14 years of running Cakes 4 Fun, Carolyn White (who founded the company here in Putney at her kitchen table!) is hanging up her apron and moving to the Cotswolds!

As a result, the shop on the Lower Richmond Road will be closing on Friday 10 June. Customers are reminded that their last cake orders will be for collection on Saturday 4 June and their remaining courses are now sold out.

A clearance sale of all remaining stock and equipment will start from Saturday 28 May until everything goes. For details of kitchen equipment, please contact Carolyn or see their ebay listings Cakes-4-Fun.

Carolyn said: "I would like to thank each and every one of our wonderfully loyal customers who have supported Cakes 4 Fun over the last 14 years. It’s been a wonderful experience making cakes for you and teaching so many students the art of cake making".

The company will continue in neighbouring Wimbledon when ownership transfers to Pervin Sutherland of Elegateau.

Carolyn continued: " I am however delighted that the name of Cakes 4 Fun will live on under the new ownership of one of our team members Pervin Sutherland of Elegateau, who will delighted to create amazing cakes for you from her new premises".

For more details you can contact Pervin on 0203 759 70 21 or emailed on either
enquiries@elegateau.co.uk or info@cakes4fun.co.uk

The new premises will be at:
