The brand new Kashmir restaurant (picture above) opened at the end of May and has been Putney's voted most popular eating place in the 2016 Love London Time Out awards. The runner up in this category was Gazette.


Tried & True

Tried & True
took the best cafe award with Dynamo taking the runners up award. Tried & True won Best Breakfast Award in 2014 with their 'BBQ Pulled Pork Benedict' and in 2015 won the Time


The Beer Boutique


Specialist beer shop The Beer Boutique took back the 'Best Shop' award which it previously won in 2014. Opened in 2010 the Putney store stocks over 400 beers and is their flagship store. Runners up is last years winner nail bar London Grace.


Prince of Wales

Drinking establishments were not so independent! East Putney's Prince of Wales (owned by Food & Fuel) took the award for favourite public house with the riverside Boathouse (owned by Young's).

The awards are given to cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops across the city, voted as most popular in their area by local residents.

Since they were launched last September, 37,000 nominations were received for venues across the capital and 124,000 votes in five categories.
