The Great Get Together Picnic is taking place at Adams Pond in Richmond Park on Saturday 23rd June 12-4pm.

As part of The Great Get Together weekend on June 22-24 organisers want to celebrate the idea that community is important. Come to meet people, find common interests, swap stories, share food, play frisbee or just chill. Everyone is welcome.

Local organiser told PutneySW15, "The Great Get Together is inspired by Jo Cox, Labour MP murdered in June 2016. She told parliament in her maiden speech “we are far more united and have far more in common with each other than things that divide us” and we hope to prove her right."
