Retiring collection for the Kampala Music School

Antony is a highly experienced travelling concert pianist, so much so that he holds the official world record for the most countries visited and performed in by a classical pianist - 131 at the last count! I'd like to tell you that he will be arriving at All Saints on March 16th hotfoot from Uzbekhistan - in reality he will be wending his way up the A3 from Roehampton Vale, a disorientatingly short hop for such a widely travelled performer. He will be playing works by Schubert and Chopin interspersed with three of Liszt's paraphrases and transcriptions including the dazzling paraphrase on Verdi's Ernani.

As ever the concert is free with complimentary wine and soft drinks and you are invited to bring something (not too noisy!) to do whilst you listen if you want to. Antony's chosen charity is the Kampala Music School with which he has a personal connection. It is an extraordinary venture and you can read more about it on their website http://kampalamusicschool.com/

For your diary, the remaining dates are April 27th, May 25th and June 29th.
