Putney High School Student Wins Prestigious Science Prize |

Melanie Jensen has been named as a winner of the Imperial College Science Challenge
She scooped the accolade for her essay on the topic: Will Homo sapiens continue to evolve? 16 year old Melanie, earned a £1,000 bursary to Imperial College London, conditional on her meeting the entry criteria.The Year 12 student is considering medicine as a career, amongst other options. The Science Challenge aims to promote scientific communication and creative thinking amongst some of the country’s most talented young individuals. Melanie was one of four school students to win a prize.
