There is no charge to attend and no need to book a seat. Drinks will be served in the garden - weather permitting - from 5:30pm. Formed of Canadian saxophonist David Zucchi and Spanish accordionist Iñigo Mikeleiz-Berrade, this unusual combination of instruments challenges the perceptions of what each instrument can do and demonstrates their versatility. Graduates of the Royal College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music, the Duo was formed in the spirit of mutual curiosity and open-mindedness, and regularly includes contemporary works and improvisation as a part of programmes. After their debut concert at the Vale de Cambra Classical Music Festival (Portugal) in 2019, the Duo has performed across the UK, including as a part of the Purley Classics series and the Daylight Music series at Union Chapel. Individually, Inigo and David have distinguished themselves as award-winning interpreters of classical, improvised, contemporary, and experimental music, and have performed at some of London’s most prestigious venues, including Wigmore Hall, the Elgar Room (Royal Albert Hall), St. James’ Piccadilly, the Purcell Room, and St. John’s Smith Square, and have been featured by Nonclassical, the Park Lane Group, and the Canadian High Commission in London. 24th October - Julieth Lozano, soprano 31st October All Souls Requiem Service at 6pm - Faure Requiem with choir, soloists and strings 7th November – The Choral Scholars of Thames Philharmonic Choir Solo songs and ensemble works, accompanied by James Orford.
