Loads of events taking place plus a chance to watch the Great River Race

Come and enjoy the Putney riverside in Church Square and Putney Wharf from 10am to 5pm on 3 September

Nicola Grant, Putney Town Centre Manager says: " Come along and enjoy the beautiful Putney riverside at the Totally Thames Putney Party. Lots to do for everyone to enjoy themselves, regular Putney farmers market, lots of children activities and free workshops, nutrition advice, Radio Jackie Roadshow and can watch the 400 boats come past in the Great River Race. It is set to be a fun day out, so come along from 10 until 4pm in Church Square and Putney Wharf."

Highlights inlude a Radio Jackie Roadshow 11a.m to 4p.m with free workshops from dance, music, drama and fitness groups, regular Saturday Farmers Market 10am to 3pm, food and nutrition demonstrations and workshops, street-foods and art, craft, gift stalls.

When you are there you can watch the spectacular 400 boats in the Great River Race pass through Putney between 1.45 to 3pm.

Kids activities include Punch and Judy shows ay 11am, 1pm, 3pm, giant games, chalk drawing and circus activities, Putney Princess set, meet and greet Snow Queen and Children’s Funfair rides.
