PVC building wrap to cover build site scaffolding as safety screen will also host advert for a year

An application has been made (2019/0728) for a PVC wrap around scaffolding on the corner of Putney Bridge Road and Putney High Street. The wrap had dual purpose of creating a safety screen for the builders working on 31-33 Putney High Street whilst generating income through the advertising.

blowUP media has made the application on behalf of Philip Koscien. The company website boasts that: "Building sites can have style. We take unattractive development sites and transform them into active urban spaces creating beautiful, yet in keeping, building wraps that enhance the visual amenity of public spaces for everyone".

The wrap would be lit externally and is proposed for one year whilst repairs are made to the building roof and external fabric.
