Massimo Masili brings Artisans of Sardinia to Putney's Lacy Road

This month saw a change of look and ownership at 16 Lacy Road as Massimo Masili returns to the Sardinian restaurant where he had worked until 2006 formerely know as Isola Del Sole, but now as owner, sommelier and Executive Chef. In 2006 Massimo went to Beijing where he opened 6 resturants.

Massimo describes the restaurant as a taste of Sardinia at the heart of Putney. The restaurant's pasta and bread is freshly made each day, and the menus are inspired by the seasons working exclusively with imported ingredients from the island.
