Lettings Agents Chamberland Residential take Best Lettings Agents 2018

Local Estate Agents Allan Fuller have won the gold Best Estate Branch in SW15 2018 according to the AllAgents annual review.

In addition, the Senior Sales Negotiator at Allan Fuller Estate Agents Matthew Zorzi, has been awarded Gold for Best Customer Service in SW15. Mathew is originally from South Africa and originally was looking for a lettings position, before the independence of Allan Fuller Estate Agents attracted Matthew to the sales world.




Allan Fuller said, "All of us here are thrilled to get this award, every review is totally genuine and reflects the effort we put into helping all of the people we deal with at every stage of moving home. We aim to always be a friendly professional team and are dedicated to always getting the best possible results for our customs and I feel these awards are a welcome recognition of that".

Meanwhile in the Lettings Section, please note the correction, Chamberland Residential scooped the Gold award for the best lettings branch in SW15 and the Silver award for Best overall branch in SW15. Managing Director Nicole Chamberland responded to this news: "We couldn’t be more delighted to win this gold award. In a tough market year this means all the more to us as it shows we still delivered the best service we could to our tenants and landlords. We work hard as a team and thank all our voters for taking the time on this!".

AllAgents is an independent review site for the UK property industry. Members of the public can rate area estate and lettings agents and write a detailed account of their experience. The reviews are completely unbiased, although they must be verified to ensure they originate from genuine customers. Agents can respond to customer posts but cannot alter the customer's original review. The aim is to provide potential customers with an unflinching view of which estate agents offer the best service to buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.

Each year, AllAgents then runs the annual awards in which the agents with the best customer reviews over the past 12 months are recognised. Agencies start afresh each year, giving every agency an equal shot at the top awards. It is the only property award scheme which is judged by customers themselves and not others within the industry.
