Outstanding English results for St Mary's C Of E & Brandlehow Primary Schools
The Department for Children, Schools and Families have published primary school league tables reflecting the results from Key Stage 2 tests taken by year six children in May 2015. These Tables give information on the achievements of pupils in local primary schools, and how they compare with other schools in the Local Authority (LA) area. The "contextual value added" (CVA) scores - show how much a school has improved its pupils' achievements since they took their first set of assessments in 2006 In Putney the tables show outstanding results from St Mary's CofE which topped the league with 100% of pupils achieving Level 4 and above in all aspects of English making them the only school in the area to do this. Brandlehow School was the only school in the area to get 100% at Level 4 in Maths, the students also achieved 100% at Level 4 in English Reading & Writing. Our Lady of Victories RC school also achieved 100% at Level 4 in English Reading & Writing. The tables should be considered alongside other sources of information such as Ofsted reports and school prospectuses. Ofsted school inspection reports can be obtained from Ofsted's website at www.ofsted.gov.uk or direct from the school on request. Key

Removal of KS2 Science test data from the Tables: The discontinuation of mandatory KS2 Science National Curriculum Tests in science means that they no longer appear on league table. The Department of Education 'do not consider that Teacher Assessment data is subject to sufficient stringent external and consistent moderation to be suitable for combination with test results in performance measures'.
