Caught repeatedly using a blue badge parking permit owned by disabled relative

A banker is among half a dozen fit and healthy motorists that have been prosecuted for illegally using disabled parking permits.

Eriden Pasic was prosecuted for using a relative's blue badge to park all day in a designated disabled parking bay in Disraeli Road in Putney, while he worked at a bank in Putney High Street.
