Two boys aged fifteen and thirteen have been charged with robbery following an incident in Roehampton.

Another boy aged fourteen has also been arrested.

The pair in court were arrested the day after the incident and have since both have appeared at Wimbledon Youth Court in connection with an attack that took place on another teenage boy on Wanborough Drive.

He was approached by a group of people shortly before 7pm when he was reportedly assaulted and some of his possessions were taken including his jacket.

The police say that the victim did not suffer any broken bones in the attack and his injuries were dealt with at a hospital.

Video footage of the has been circulated on social media and the police have reminded members of the public that, as court proceedings are not active, sharing material in this way could be deemed prejudicial.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 6210/27Feb.
