having jumped from her first floor flat in October
Two sisters escaped their first floor flat early in the morning of 26th October, however the younger sister aged 46 died in hospital on Monday 21st November from her injuries. She had suffered 60 per cent burns and multiple injuries. Her 51-year-old sister, who suffered lesser injuries, was set to be released on Monday and re-housed by social services. The police have arrested Taylor McFly aged 31, of no fixed abode, who appeared at Kingston Crown Court charged with arson. He will return to court on Wednesday, January 4. To date the police have not commented if the charge will be changed to murder. November 28 , 2005
