Volunteer Walk Leaders Wanted!!
Battersea
Healthy Living Initiative is looking for volunteers to lead
healthy walks in Battersea. We are currently seeking volunteer
walk leaders so that we can extend this popular programme
during summer and beyond.
This
is an ideal opportunity for people who enjoy walking and are
friendly and outgoing. And the good news is that you don't
have to be super fit! All of our walks start out as being
less than two miles and usually end with a visit to a local
café! Two volunteers lead each walk, and each volunteer
is asked to go on one walk or more a week. In return we provide
free training and support for our volunteers.
We
are looking for volunteers to join us as soon as possible
for our summer walks programme. If you are interested please
phone Hazel on 020 8682 5938 or 020 7978 5112.
