Farmers' market decamps to new spot

Friday & Saturday Farmers Market at the new more popular location!

The market which was based at St Mary's Church has now joined the location of the new Saturday market - the Mission Hall Garden, Walkers Place - next to the Coat and Badge public house.

Fridays market is open from 11am to 3pm.

Saturdays market is open from 10am to 2pm.

Both markets offer the same mouthwatering selection of meat, poultry, pies, wet fish, shellfish, vegetables, bread and cheese. All products come either straight from the farm or straight from the sea.

Acting town centre manager Louise Farshchi-Heidari said:
"The market has been growing in popularity week by week. I am sure Putney people will be delighted to add this high quality food shopping alternative to their Saturday morning routine."
