9th and 10th of October is deadline for decision

Nick Evans of Friends of Putney Common said today:
"We are very pleased that the High Court has fixed the Judicial Review for early in October. We are confident that the result will be confirmation that the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators were acting in contravention of the 1871 Act when they signed the easement agreement which allows the Council to build roads on the Common next to Putney Hospital".
