Figures show prices falling from their peak in SW15

The latest data from the Land Registry is showing that the average price of a Putney property sold during January was £464,034 compared to £501,317 in December.
Volumes were also encouraging for estate agents despite concerns about global financial market conditions.
The month saw two properties change hands for over one million pounds.
